PROGRAM OF «BIOMEDICAL ETHICS » (BIOETHICS)
There is a close connection between the improvement of medical care of the population and the development and enrichment of the moral spirit of medical students in the educational process, the inculcation of their common values. It is necessary in the process of training to teach the future doctors adherence to ethical principles, constant attention to the psychology of the patient, sincerity, purity, selfless help, humanity, high responsibility, responsibility in relationships and communication between doctor and patient. On October 19, 2005, at the 33rd session of the General Conference of UNESCO, the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights was adopted with the participation of 191 countries, including the Republic of Azerbaijan. Since then, this problem has become widespread in official state institutions, legislation and education. In addition to classical bioethical norms, the declaration clearly defines new principles.
