REPORT OF DISCIPLINARY COMMISSION

6 meetings of the Disciplinary Commission were held in 2018.

  1. Minutes N:1 of the meeting of Disciplinary Commission dated January 10, 2018. Decided: Head, Deputy Head and responsible secretary of Disciplinary Commission were elected.
  2. Minutes N:2 of the meeting of Disciplinary Commission dated March 05, 2018. Decided: 1st case, testimony of 1 person was accepted. 2nd case: Commission was ordered to file regular report about conducting raids and taking corresponding measures for working group in purpose of checking of compliance of disciplinary policies in structural divisions of university.
  3. Minutes of the meeting of Disciplinary Commission N:3 dated July 06, 2018. Decided: 1 person was reprimanded.
  4. Minutes of the meeting of Disciplinary Commission N:4 dated September 10, 2018. Decided: 1 person was last warned, corresponding response was sent to the Ministry of Health about being of the appeal of 1 person as unreasonable.
  5. Minutes of the meeting of Disciplinary Commission N:5 dated September 27, 2018. Decided: Corresponding response was sent to the Ministry of Health about being of the appeal of 1 person as unreasonable.
  6. Minutes of the meeting of the Disciplinary Commission N:6 dated October 25, 2018. Decided: 1st case: testimony of 1 person was accepted and corresponding response was sent to the Ministry of Health. 2nd case: 1 person was strictly reprimanded with last warning. 3rd case: Working group of the Disciplinary Commission was ordered to conduct regular inspections (raids) in structural divisions of the university since October 29, 2018 in purpose to strengthen the control over the discipline of employees and to report the commission about the result.

  2. Minutes of the meeting of the Disciplinary Commission N:2 dated December 15, 2020. Decided: 1st case: 4 persons were warned. 2nd case: 1 person was reprimanded strictly with last warning.

5 meetings of the Disciplinary Commission were held in 2021. All meetings were held online due to Covid-19 pandemic.

  1. Minutes of the meeting of the Disciplinary Commission N:1 dated January 18, 2023. Decided: 1st case: 2 persons were warned. 2nd case: 4 students were reprimanded strictly with last warning and results of examinations on the mentioned disciplines were annulled.
  2. Minutes of the meeting of the Disciplinary Commission N:2 dated March 03, 2022. Decided: 1st case: 1 person was warned, 2nd case: labor agreement of 1 person was annulled.
  3. Minutes of the meeting of the Disciplinary Commission N:3 dated March 29, 2023. Decided:  labor agreement of 1 person was annulled, all students of the group were warned, student was expelled from the group delegation.
  4. Minutes of the meeting of the Disciplinary Commission N:4 dated June 09, 2023. Decided: 1 person was reprimanded. All deans were ordered to conduct the regular education works regarding the observing of internal disciplinary policies of university by students.
