Qurskaya (Rəştiyeva) Nərminə Azad qızı 02.02.1982-ci ildə Bakı şəhərində anadan olmuşam. 1988-ci ildə Bakı şəhəri Nərimanov rayonu 212 saylı orta məktəbin getmişəm. 1996-cı ildə Nərimanov rayonu, 39 saylı orta məktəbə getmişəm və 1998-ci ildə məktəbi fərqlənmə attestat ilə bitirib,Azərbaycan Tibb Universitetinin stomatologiya fakultəsinə daxil olmuşam və 2003-cü ildə həmin Universiteti bitirmişəm.2003-2004-cü illərdə ATU-nun Stomatologiya klinikasında internatura kursu keçmişəm. 2004-2006-cı ildə ATU-nun Oropedik stomatologiya kafedrasında klinik ordinator kimi çalışmışam.16.10.2006-cı il tarixindən ATU-nun Uşaq stomatologiyası kafedrasında 0,5 vahid assistent vəzifəsində işləmişəm. 2009-cu ildən hal-hazıradək ATU-nun ortopedik stomatologiya kafedrasında 0,5 vahid assistent vəzifəsində işləyirəm.Tibb üzrə fəlsəfə doktoruyam.2015-ci ildə “Yuxarı tənəffüs yollarının patologiyaları ilə əsas stomatoloji xəstəliklərin qarşılıqlı asılılığı və onların kompleks müalicəsinin səmərəliliyi” mövzusunda dissertasiya işini müdafiə edərək tibb üzrə fəlsəfə doktoru elmi dərəcəsini almışam.

2015-ci ildə Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidenti yanında Ali Attestasiya Komissiyası tərəfindən tibb üzrə fəlsəfə doktoru elmi dərəcəsini almışam.Azərbaycan Stomatoloji Assosiasiyasının üzvüyəm. Azərbaycan Estetik stomatoloji Assosiasiyasının üzvüyəm. EDAD üzvüyəm.
